Conduct Pre-research for any client (need basis) to understand the scope of jewellery market, latest trends in fashion and jewellery, competition in the location, etc.
Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand the market, customer and competition’s running product type, key promotions, price points, quality standards, innovations, Technologies / techniques used
Conduct research by Participating in exhibitions, store visits, seminars, training sessions to generate insights to grow the capability kit
Attend Shows and gather feedback for the products, designs, concepts etc
Liasoning with the clients to create that comfort and a win win solution for both leading to a long term relationship with facts and research.
Connect with the customers & explore new opportunities - Collections
Create a standardized document comprising of – price points for basic regular categories, company’s strengths lies in which category, etc
Undertake Project Specific Research like, Specific occasion, upcoming/ ongoing trends, as per the diamond availability, etc
Ensure the finalised Strategy is shared with the PD department
Quarterly sales analysis report (qualitative and quantitative). Discuss the deviations and action plan with management
New Client Acquisition and revenue generation
Process orientation; To determine an efficient procedure to monitor as well as escalate / alert internal teams of issues that impact client delivery or service
To regularly provide feedback to the PD team by Monitoring sketch and PD plan along with PD team
Market Research
To create a review mechanism for all the projects (open order status, performance(dales), planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of projects)
Understanding the customer requirements and ensuring timely delivery of consistent standards of service and products
Regularly meet the clients and where necessary, assist in the resolution of any major issues with these clients
To ensure any delays/ gaps about delivery status are informed to customer on timely basis
To ensure proposals (pricing/quotations) for goods are prepared on timely basis to avoid delays
To ensure transition of new clients successfully to the account management team.
To undertake regular feedback of customers on the products and services to improve the satisfaction level
